18 Nov WPA kicks off track and Field season with Ruby League
Western Province Athletics (WPA) will be hosting the Track & Field Ruby League on Saturday 21 November 2020
Coaches Registration
WPA would like to encourage Coaches to complete the attached form in full for 2021. Coaches will have free entry at the events in November, but from December only coaches who completed the form for 2021 will be able to get free access.
Please note: In order to be a WPA Registered Coach, coaches must complete the 2021 registration form and purchase a WPA 2021 licence number (clubs will be informed when the licences will be available). The form together with the licence number must be submitted to the WPA office.
Coaches registration forms for 2021 is attached to this email, registration forms will also be available at all the track meets for Nov and Dec.
Entry Fee
We received some questions about the electronic payments of entry fees before the event, we understand that some athletes don’t have the facilities to pay the entry fee before the time. We will allow 1 representative from the club to pay on the day for all their athletes they entered.
It is important to arrange this with WPA office (events@wpathletics.co.za) timeously before the event.
Access to the Stadium
Only 1 parent will be allowed to accompany the athlete to the event.
The attached questionnaire must be completed at the venue.
Please remember upon arrival and during the event SOCIAL DISTANCING must be adhered to.
